Westlake Governance is a globally-focused, New Zealand-based consulting business. Our clients come from a wide cross-section of the commercial, not-for-profit, quasi-government, and government sectors.
Richard, founder and owner of Westlake Governance, has 20 years’ experience as a board chair and director, and has particular expertise in leading transformational change in complex businesses.
Vaughan brings extensive board and top management expertise to Westlake Governance. His executive career in senior management positions spans 20 years.
Peter Harris has worked with Westlake Governance for over 15 years as a senior consultant on a number of our major projects and undertakings. A Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, he is also an Independent Director and Chair, with particular strengths from working in the property, engineering and construction sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Elaine has been Business Manager for Westlake Governance for the last five years.
Colin is an internationally recognised strategic technology consultant. He has held senior positions in Internet governance locally and internationally, and is a well known commentator on technology.
Richard has over 28 years’ experience in financial and risk management, in both the private and public sectors.
